If the recipient is not available, a message will be left with a toll-free number and reference number for recipient to call an American Telegram operator to receive message.
If a message can not be left for recipient, American Telegram will make multiple attempts to deliver message.
American Telegram operators are available 24 hours per day 365 days per year.
